Q. How can I order from Website?

A. Ordering from Artesa Vineyards and Winery is easy. First, you can browse through the Artesa Vineyards and Winery website and select those items you want to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, you proceed to checkout and place your order.

Q. Why can't you ship alcohol to my state?

A. Direct shipment of alcohol is not permitted by all states.

Q. What information is required to place an order?

A. Ordering on our Website requires the following information to process and fulfill an order that you want shipped to yourself:

    The product(s) you wish to purchase.
    The quantity of the product(s)you wish to purchase.
    The state to which the order is shipped.
    A valid method of payment.
    Your first name.
    Your last name.
    Your complete address (billing and shipping).
    Your daytime phone number.
    Your email address (if applicable)

In addition, if you would like to ship your order as a gift to a different address than your billing address, we also need the following information:

    The first and last name of the person to whom you want to send the order.
    That person's complete address.
    That person's daytime phone number.

Q. How do I know that you received my order?

A. After you click "Submit My Order", you should receive a confirmation number with our thanks. If you do not receive a confirmation number and message, you will likely be presented with a screen that indicates why the order could not be processed, and asking you to correct some aspect of the order. When you have corrected the problem, click "Submit My Order" again to submit the order with the revised information.

Q. How do I know that my order and customer information is secure and not subject to theft by outside parties?

A. Artesa Vineyards and Winery uses the best in secure server technology for all transactions on the site. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. In addition, all of your customer data is protected against unauthorized access.

Q. I am having trouble completing my order, the website keeps telling me that I have timed out. What is the problem?

A. For you to complete entering your account information, you must have your browser enabled to accept cookies. The cookies help our website identify you. For instructions on how to turn on your cookies, please see your browser’s Help feature. If this does not correct the problem, please contact the winery.

Q. What is a cookie?

A. A “cookie” is a small piece if information that is stored by your browser on your computers hard drive that helps up identify you when you return to the site on subsequent visits. Most Web Browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that if you wish.

All orders will be shipped on the next available shipping day. All orders placed before 9am Pacific Standard Time will generally be shipped the same day as long as this day is an available shipping day.
