Artesa Winery Spring Shipping Guidelines
The spring season is forthcoming again and we thought we would provide you with a guideline of cutoff “guarantee dates” to ensure package delivery. Please note the dates below are estimates to make sure your packages arrive by the proper deadline, but our experience has shown that the dates below will guarantee your packages will arrive on time. Ground deadlines are designed to ensure a Zone 8 package delivery. Please note we will accept shipping order after the listed cut-off dates. However, we will not be able to grantee a delivery date.
Easter Order Cut-off
Ground: Sunday March 21st
2-Day Air: Sunday March 28th
Overnight: Tuesday March 30th
Mother’s Day Order Cut-off
Ground: Sunday April 25th
2-Day Air: Sunday May 2nd
Overnight: Tuesday May 4th
Shipping Policies
- You may elect UPS Ground or UPS Two Day Air as your shipping option.
- Artesa ships five days a week (Monday thru Friday weather permitting). We cannot guarantee that UPS Air deliveries will arrive on their designated delivery date.
- All orders take two business days to process, so orders cannot be shipped the same day they are places. Shipping wine is complicated by various state-mandated limits and requirements. We must run all orders through our state compliance system to ensure a legal shipment. It takes two business days to process the order, confirm compliance and send on to packing and shipping.

- If your shipment is returned to Artesa Winery we retain your original shipping charge. We kindly ask you to cover the expense to re-ship it back to you.
- We cannot ship to a US Postal Service Box.
- Please note that an adult signature (21 years of age or older) is required by law. For this reason we recommend shipping to a business address.
