That’s the source of some of our finest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Shipping Policies You may elect UPS Ground or UPS Two Day Air as your shipping option. We recommend using UPS Two Day Air during the summer months to ensure the quality of the wines. • Artesa Winery only ships wine on Mondays and Tuesdays to safeguard against heat damage. • All orders take one full day to process. Orders are not shipped the same day they are placed. • Orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship the following Monday (up to one week later, depending on order date). • Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship on Tuesday. Shipping Address – It is vital that there will be an adult (21 years or older) physically present at your shipping address to sign for the shipment as required by law. Therefore, since no shipments will be delivered without someone age 21+ present, we strongly urge you to ship to a business address; this will minimize the possibility of missing delivery attempts. Upon the third missed delivery attempt, the shipment will be returned to Artesa Winery. If this occurs, we retain your original shipping charge but Artesa Winery will finance the return fees. We’ll kindly ask you to cover the expense to re-ship it back to you. Lastly, we cannot ship to a US Postal Service Box.
